What is Amazon Care?
It’s a new, hassle-free way to see a caring, dedicated, licensed doctor or nurse. You can connect via chat or video right away, make an appointment in the app or schedule an in-person visit. All for around the same price as a typical co-pay.

Who can use Amazon Care?
Amazon Care treats all members of the family. You and your dependents just need to be enrolled in an eligible medical plan.

When should I use Amazon Care?
You know when you think, I should see a doctor but then you put if off because it’s a hassle. That’s when you should connect with Care. Care can treat all the small stuff, like prescription refills, infections, colds/flu and can help prevent the big stuff by making routine screenings and vaccinations easy to do. Care can also help with sleep, nutrition, headaches, back pain…life.

What services does Amazon Care provide?
• Urgent care. Start a visit from anywhere.
• Primary care. Help with allergies, headaches, back pain, life.
• Family care. Treat your little ones owies without leaving the house.
• Prescriptions. Sent to your pharmacy of choice.
• Referrals. Care coordinators can make appointment for you.
• In-person care. Mobile nurse can come to you for blood draws, testing, immunizations in select locations.

How does Amazon Care work?
Download the Care app. Set up your account, and create accounts for your dependents. Then just “start a visit.” You’ll be connected with a nurse right away. Follow-up notes, reminders, and treatment plans are stored for easy reference in the app.

How does Amazon Care work with my insurance?
Currently, Care visits will not be billed to your insurance or count toward your deductible or out of pocket maximum. We will use your in-network providers for other services, like lab tests, referrals, that can be run through your insurance.
