این برنامه برای ایجاد عادت ها هست و هر روز جملات انگیزشی و نکاتی که کمک میکنه بهتر کار رو انجام بدی رو میگه. فقط انگلیسیه. ندیدم تنظیماتی برای فارسی داشته باشه.
