Fenugreek or Shnblyd (Scientific name: Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant of dark Fabaceae (Fabaceae) and therefore have the ability to coexist with bacteria, nitrogen fixation and can use a lot of nitrogen to produce.

Herbaceous plant with a height of 10 to 50 cm with single flowers and bright yellow to brown is the color of their fruit.

This plant is native to Iran and in most parts of Iran including Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Fars, Khorasan, Semnan and Damghan go and planted and used as a green vegetable.

Fenugreek also go along way in the past and because its flowers are called corridors.
