سلام! به نظر من برای منی که ژیمناستیک کارم و سطح من تو ی پیچ نیم وارو است عالیست من در تعطیلات باشگاه تمرین کردم و نیم پشتک را یاد گرفتم اگر موافقید لایک کنید و این بر نامه را نصب کنید ❤❤❤
